Balaji Tambe
Spiritual Master and Ayurveda legend
Shreeguru Balaji is a unique combination of spiritual guide, artist, musician, composer, engineer, ayurvedic dietician and doctor. He has developed amazing medical formulations, devised a simple yoga for hormonal balance, reinterpreted the Vedas and rediscovered the health benefits of mantras and musical ragas. His unique holistic treatment has benefited more than 2,50,000 patients over the last 45 years at his centres in India, Germany and Switzerland. His daily TV show on the Bhagawad Geeta and weekly Ayurvedic Health show have been running successfully for 4 years. He authors the longest running health and lifestyle newspaper supplement reaching over 6 million people every week. His goals are ‘perfect health’ and ‘constant peace’, achieved by the evolution of the nervous system through his practice of SOM Meditation & Lifestyle, a technique to release the potential of the human brain. He has composed a number of healing music albums and authored over 30 books in 3 languages. His music album and treatise on the traditional art and science of pregnancy, Ayurvedic Garbha Sanskar book, has broken regional sales records and is featured in the US library of Congress. He has spent over 3 decades traveling the world to inspire his disciples and many others, through seminars and concerts, to help and heal themselves and all those around them.
Christoph Harrach
Founder of KarmaKonsum , Chief Executive Change Designers & Bloggers
Christoph, born in 1974, is the initiator of the community values ​behind KarmaKonsum and is regarded as a pioneer in the field of  sustainable and healthy lifestyles / LOHAS ( Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability ). An economist and yoga teacher, he lives true to his motto - "You yourself must be the change that you want to see in the world " as quoted by Mahatma Gandhi.

In 2010, he was honored with the German Sustainability Award in the 'Media' category. The (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung) FAZ- one of the leading newspapers in Germany  named him one of the leading 15 heads of Frankfurt's economy in the same year. In 2011, Germany's leading media platform for business and economy- Handelsblatt – captioned his portrait as 'The Man of a good conscience'.

Bobby Nimbalkar
Head- Strategic Leadership Council of Sakal Group
Bobby Nimbalkar is Head- Strategic Leadership Council of Sakal Group, with diversified interests across media, education, retail and investments. Bobby works along with Mr. Abhijit Pawar, Managing Director of Sakal Group to execute his vision for sustainable, equitable and measurable socio economic transformation through the ‘Delivering Change Program’.

He previously worked 18 years in IT Services Industry across Asia Pacific, having lived and worked in India, Australia and Singapore. He held various Leadership position including with Oracle Inc. as India Head for Oracle Consulting Services - Technology Practice and with Sun Microsystems as India Head for Sun Professional Services.

Achim Rodewald
Advisor- Business Responsibility, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies at Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, Pune office
Achim Rodewald is a journalist and an 'Indophile' of sorts. He considers his experience in India very insightful for giving him knowledge about how business and media work in a democratic country with a huge population and rich cultural heritage. He is always looking for new challenges in  areas like journalism and corporate communication, especially in technologies for environmental protection, progress of mankind and making the surrounding worthwhile and livable.  In the future, he intends to use his lesser known talents of music and acting to forge a cultural bond between Western and Indian styles through fusion performing arts.

Vivek Gilani
Founder and Director of the cBalance Solutions Hub, Co-founder of No2CO2 
Vivek Gilani is an Environmental Engineer with consulting expertise in the field of water and wastewater treatment design and analysis. His areas of expertise include greenhouse gas emissions and carbon Enterprise Resource Planning. Vivek co-founded No2CO2, the India-specific carbon footprint calculation and minimisation body. He is the founder and director of the cBalance Solutions Hub which has created an India-specific variant of Footprint Reporter with BFF. More recently, he co-founded the 'The Green Signal' together with the Indian Institute of Management and the Center for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship. This is the first functional eco-labelling body in India and as part of this project, Vivek has developed an India-specific greenhouse gas database containing 2300 emission factors compliant with 2006 Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change guidelines.

Ar.Anagha Paranjape-Purohit
Director, Trustee, Sustainability Initiatives
Anagha Paranjape-Purohit is an Architect and Environmental Planner, from Pune, India. She is alumni of Arizona State University, USA and has worked in USA and India in her 13 years of professional career. She heads a practice, VK:e environmental (www.vke-nvironmental.com), that consults in Environmental Design of Buildings. Anagha teaches at various Masters Programs in Environmental Design, Planning and Management and she actively conducts short term training and capacity building sessions for students and professionals in the sector and Environment and Architecture. Through Sustainability Initiatives (www.sustainability-initiatives.org), a trust that focuses on urban policy research, Anagha is active in creating white papers on Indian cities, policies and frameworks that are used for influencing and making urban policy in India. She serves on various National and State level committees on Sustainability issues, Environmental Planning and Green Buildings.

Dr Tanmay Goswami
Professor of Ayurveda
Dr. Tanmay Goswami belongs to the 500 years old family tradition of Vaishnava Ayurveda Chikitsa. Besides MD in Ayuveda, Dr. Goswami inherited the age-old secrets of combination of Vedic Astrology with Ayurveda (AyurJyotishya) from his grandfather- Late Goswami Sri Sudamanji Maharaj - a Vaisnava saint of national fame. He inherited the rare knowledge of pulse-diagnosis (Nadi Nidan) from his maternal grand father Dr. Krishna Lal Goswami - the founder of famous Ram Krishna Aushadhalaya in Jabalpur.
Serving people as a Ayurveda Healer and Astrologer since 15 years At Udupi. Referred to as the 'Healing Wanderer', he gives lectures on Life on the basis of Vedas, Ayurveda, Puranas Jyothishya.

Aarti Mohan

Aarti Mohan is an engineer from BITS, Pilani. She worked for over 7 years at leading hardware companies like Texas Instruments and AMD. While growing up in Chennai, sports and dance were always a part of her life. In 2009, Aarti quit her high paying job and chose to be an entrepreneur and go about defining her own path. She started Sattva Media - a media and consulting firm working to accelerate sustainable growth and social impact. She is also the Chief Editor of 'The Alternative'- The Alternative is a new media platform for sustainable living that strives to make social good an everyday conversation by highlighting choices we can make to positively impact the world around us.

Sanjay Tambe

Sanjay Tambe grew up in the Vedic culture in India, having spent a considerable time at his father's – Dr. Shri Balaji Tambe's –
'Atmasantulan' Ayurveda center in Lonavala. At the same time, he has conceptualized, pioneered and controlled outsourcing and offshoring projects for various industries and has more than 19 years of cross-functional experience at a multinational level in
telecommunications, Internet, health care, strategic consulting,
business development in the Indian, European & American markets. He is also considered an expert in Vastu Shastra, Nada Yoga.

Vimlendu Jha
Founder of Swechha, Natural Leader
Born in the state of Bihar in the North-Eastern part of India, 27 year-old Vimlendu founded, and now runs, the organization 'Swechha' - We for Change Foundation. It started out as his cause célèbre a few years back as he was about to graduate from university in New Delhi. Vimlendu says he was disgusted with the pitiful condition of the river Yamuna- which is considered to be the sprawling city's lifeline.The Yamuna, which originates in the Himalayas and winds its way past the Taj Mahal, accounts for more than 70 percent of New Delhi's water supply. Yet it is one of the most endangered waterways in India. Vimlendu decided to do something about it. "Swechha works with young people on issues of environment and citizenship." he says. All year round, Vimlendu travels to different places outside Delhi, engaging with young people for creating the desired change. Vimlendu currently lives and works in New Delhi.

Manisha Gutman

Founder, eCoexist
Manisha Gutman is an architect by training and has been involved in environmental activities and social enterprise for the last 15 years. Her work in this field began with the Kalpavriksh Environment Action Group, where she helped coordinate an international network of experts studying the role of communities in environment conservation. She has led several environment campaigns in India and has been invited to the United Nations to speak about Business and Biodiversity. In 2006, she founded eCoexist, a social enterprise that promotes eco-sensitive lifestyles through socially sensitive means. eCoexist works with a wide range of underprivileged groups including prisoners, self-help groups and the mentally challenged. 

Benjamin Itter
Co-Founder, Germanist and political scientists
Co-Founder | Germanist and political scientists. Social Entrepreneur in the textile industry in his company Lebenskleidung. Several years of international experience in India and Scandinavia have influenced Benjamin. Benjamin likes to travel and if he could, he would offer 1 million colors on organic fabrics.

Vaibhav Dugar
Co-Founder, Ek Titli
Vaibhav is the co-founder of Ek Titli.org which is a unique volunteer driven initiative that serves as a platform to showcase all the constructive work happening in the space of Environment, Nature and Sustainability. He is also a Telecommunications Engineer and a Marketing Geek but his love is working with Nature and spreading a good word on Organic Food. He specialises in setting up micro-organic farms whilst serving as a marketing manager for an Organic Food Brand. 

Neha Singh

Organic Farming Officer at INORA (Institute of Natural Organic Agriculture) Pune.
Neha has completed M.Sc Environmental Science along with an MA in Hindi Literature and B.Sc Mathematics. She has three years of work experience in the fields of Sustainable Development and Biodiversity Conservation. Prior to her current work at INORA, she has worked as a Campaign manager for Spandan- the BIP (Biodiversity Inventory by People). At Inora she is currently working on CSR projects for companies like Sudarshan Chemicals, Coca Cola Pvt. Ltd., Praj Foundation and ARAI, Pune among many others. She also works on R & D for Sustainable Organic Agri practices , Decentralized Soild Waste Mangement program(DSWM),promotion and dissemination of City farming concept and organic gardening, along with working extensively on field for documentation and monitoring of programs of Sustainable Agriculture, Women Empowerment and Village Development for Villages around Pune. Not surprisingly, she is an avid naturalist, animal activist and has been a National level athletic player.
